SNP typing (Hornstra et al., 2011)

The SNP genotyping method by Hornstra et al., 2011 was designed using polymorphisms among multispacer sequence typing (MST). 14 SNPs were described according to the authors that could be used to type samples based on previously established phylogenetic groups. Here we use 12 of the SNPs, two were left out as the SNP products could not be confirmed.
